The Portions is a tool designed to simplify measuring and dividing cooked food portions, initially created as a Next.js and TypeScript web app hosted on Vercel, and later adapted into an Android app using a WebView for easy access. It operates entirely client-side using localStorage, ensuring privacy with no logins, tracking, backend, or analytics. Users input the total cooked food weight, and the app calculates individual portions, making it useful for both web and mobile users who prefer not to install apps.
