SerenityMate

SerenityMate is a post-rehab tool designed to support individuals in maintaining sobriety after treatment. It provides daily action plans, mood and craving check-ins, relapse-risk assessments, reminders, and an SOS feature for contacting trusted individuals. Developed with input from clinicians and people in recovery, it aims to offer continued care beyond clinical settings. The prototype emphasizes simplicity and privacy, addressing the loss of structure often experienced after rehab. Feedback on its functionality and potential improvements is welcomed.
