Packmind Open Source is a framework for Context Engineering that helps teams create, scale, and govern an engineering playbook to ensure AI coding assistants like Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and Kiro adhere to consistent standards across repositories. It addresses the issue of AI-generated code inconsistency by versioning, distributing, and enforcing organizational standards, turning scattered rules from wikis and code reviews into a unified playbook. The system auto-syncs context across all repositories and agents, checks adherence, visualizes drift, and repairs inconsistencies automatically. This open-source solution is available on GitHub.
