SUMMARY
One Minute to Breathe is a mindfulness app offering one-minute videos designed to help users refocus and reduce stress through simple breathing exercises. The app features over 100 videos, with more being added, and requires just one tap to access without any complex setup or gamification. Inspired by a smartwatch's breathing exercise prompt and the need for stress relief during COVID, the app provides peaceful scenery recordings to offer a brief escape, especially for those in confined or stressful environments. An Android version is in development, pending beta testing.
