Launchway is an AI-driven platform that automatically tailors resumes for specific job descriptions to optimize them for ATS software, ensuring relevant skills are highlighted without fabricating experience. It intelligently understands ATS requirements beyond mere keyword stuffing and maintains professional formatting. Currently in beta and free to use, Launchway was developed by Sahil Chordia after experiencing the inefficiencies of the job application process, where generic resumes often get filtered out by ATS systems.
