SUMMARY
FoundryNet is a universal payment protocol for autonomous systems, enabling machines, robots, and AI agents to register, prove work, and earn MINT tokens on Solana with ~400ms settlement. It supports Python and Node.js SDKs, integrates with LangChain and AutoGPT, and charges a 2% protocol fee. The system uses Ed25519 keypairs for registration and cryptographic proof of work, with a dynamic token supply based on demand. FoundryNet facilitates instant payments for autonomous agents, addressing the lack of infrastructure for such transactions. It is open-source under the MIT license, with 43 machines registered and over 380 jobs completed.
