COZY's Ticket Management System allows clients to open and track support tickets from their customer area using a unique access code. The COZY dashboard includes a "Support Tickets" section for real-time ticket updates, integrated chat, attachment management, and ticket status control. COZY is also available as a Progressive Web App (PWA), enabling installation on desktop or mobile for faster access and a native-app experience without a browser.
