Voiss AI is a desktop application that provides live sales and support coaching, AI-generated call summaries, automated follow-ups, and post-call analytics. It offers features such as live captions, AI suggestions during calls, and post-call intelligence, including AI chat about the call, audio or screen recordings with chapters, summaries, and artifacts like follow-up emails and notes. Initially intended as a VoIP application with a dialer, it was adapted to integrate with existing dialers, focusing on microphone input regardless of the audio source.
